For many people, hospice and palliative care is the option to spend the final months or days in the comfort of their own home with the people and things they love and value. Our caregivers partner with hospice or palliative care providers to offer much needed support during this time. This allows friends and family relief from the hands-on care needs.

Visiting Heart believes in the compassionate caregiver and provides specific skills training to equip our caregivers who have the heart and desire to care for the hospice and palliative care client. Caregiver support also provides the assurance that the client is receiving the care he or she needs, day or night, allowing loved ones to focus on spending quality time.
